James Terry, Chief Public Advocate for the Consumers Rights League, today testified at a joint House Administration and House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing on “Federal, State and Local Efforts to Prepare for the General 2008 Election,” where he highlighted “corruption at every level of ACORN including embezzlement, cover-ups, misuse of taxpayer funds and voter fraud.” An excerpt of his testimony follows:James Terry, Chief Public Advocate, Consumers Rights League:“ACORN routinely says it will clean up its act. Yet, given its decade-long history of voter fraud, embezzlement, and misuses of taxpayer funds, ACORN’s pattern of fraud can no longer be dismissed as a series of ‘unfortunate events.’“The problem of voter registration fraud raises serious questions for this committee, and the Consumers Rights League appreciates that the right questions are being asked.“Here are the most important questions right now: We know about the thousands of potentially fraudulent voter registration cards turned in by ACORN and caught by officials. Two suspicious Seminole County voter registration cards became a flash point Wednesday in the Republican effort to suggest the community group ACORN is committing fraud in its historic Florida get-out-the vote efforts.An ACORN spokesman said the group spotted what appeared to be forged registration cards weeks ago and fired a worker over them. Seminole’s election chief, Mike Ertel, said he was still “tremendously concerned,” but stopped well short of calling the incident “fraud.” The Republican National Committee, though, levelled the accusation and blasted the housing and wage advocacy group in a nationwide conference call with reporters, saying this wasn’t an isolated incident.In Orange County, ACORN staffers submitted multiple, duplicate registrations on behalf of six separate voters this summer. One individual had 21 duplicate applications. Election Supervisor Bill Cowles and his staff protested, noting in a June memo that ACORN had been submitting sloppy forms as well.ACORN, or the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, changed procedures, disciplined some staffers and improved relations with Orange. Barack Obama’s dear friends at ACORN are busy trying to lie, cheat, and steal their way to victory in November.The latest ACORN Watch entry comes to you from the battleground state of New Mexico, where election officials have notified prosecutors of an estimated 1,100 possibly fraudulent voter registration cards.The Bernalillo County clerk has notified prosecutors that some 1,100 possibly fraudulent voter registration cards have been turned in to her office.Some cards in New Mexico’s most populous county have the same name as a voter who’s already registered, but carry a different birth date or Social Security number; some list someone else’s Social Security number; some have addresses that don’t exist, Clerk Maggie Toulouse Oliver said Wednesday.In one case, a series of about nine cards appears to have been taken directly from the phone book, she said.“Those are sort of the big red flags,” Toulouse Oliver said.Yes, a big red flag for ACORN participation. You’ll recall that ACORN workers used phone books in Seattle to perpetrate voter fraud. ACORN’s fingerprints are all over this latest incident:Some of the estimated 1,100 registrations list Social Security numbers for people who already are in the county’s database of registered voters, Toulouse Oliver said. Along with John McCain is his Vice Presidential choice, Sarah Palin who became a bright star in the Republican party offering a freshness and innocent portrait of unique style and passion . Together John McCain and Sarah Palin can change the way politics is played in Washington ,DC .
Please do not vote for Barack Hussein Obama , please vote for John McCain, a true American hero who loves America and will do everything to make all the wrongs right again, to fix what is broke ,to mend the mistakes, the ills and untouched . Thousands of hostile messages flooded my e-mail after my Sept. 2 column that the Daily News called "We Need Obama, Not 4 More Years of George Bush."
Drudge cleverly headlined it: "Philadelphia columnist warns if McCain wins, look for a full-fledged race war."
I stand by the column - but after all of that backlash, I realize I was dead wrong. We don't have to wait until after the election for a race war. We're in one now.
I know that putting the words "race" and "war" together is like hurling an incendiary device. But I wasn't issuing a call to arms, it was a metaphorical prediction.
I hate violence, but I do see a growing wave of intolerance sweeping the nation. And most of the responses were hostile, like on from someone who identified himself as Dennis Van Pelt: "Obama runs like a porch monkey in Alabama during a KKK concert." But, not all white Southerners feel like Dennis. Russ Nelson wrote: "I am a white male who was proud to cast my vote for Barack Obama in the Alabama state primary. He inspires me!"
Nelson sounds more like the liberal whites I grew up with in West Mount Airy, a community that pioneered integration in Philadelphia and kept me wearing rose-colored glasses. I didn't personally experience racism until I was 40, and then it hit me like a ton of bricks.
The recent onslaught of hate mail I received is a cruel reminder that racism is a like a simmering pot ready to boil over. But it's diametrically opposed to what democracy should represent.
I move in diverse circles and was raised in an upper-middle-class family with parents who exposed us to a wide range of experiences. My family includes several races and religions and a range of political views.
But from what I've been seeing lately, including the reaction to my column, the racial, economic, cultural and religious divides are getting wider. Most of the 2,000 negative responses used language so foul my ears curled.
These excerpts are some of the milder ones: Jerry Caruso threatened: "Pleeeeease bring it, we'll extinguish you." Michael Babich from Wichita, Kan., accused me of "calling for rampant crime and a plague of locusts."
From John Hassler: "I'd rather have an all out war than have [Obama] for president." John Hermanek: "There will be race wars either way. Why? Because he's black." Roland hated my column: "I don't like threats, so I will for sure, vote for John McCain." Jim McDowell was less polite: "I just realized after I saw your last name you're a damn rag head. You stupid S.O.B.'s want to take us back to the seventh century." DrudgeReport.com daily, and, for the last two weeks, it seemed like most of them were steamed at me.
Do these quotes shock you? Is the vitriol not far from the kind of hatred that led to lynching?

It is truly amazing how liberals simply cannot see the forest through the trees. They whine and bleat about Conservative talk radio because IT KICKS THEIR FAT A**ES but overlook the fact that the US taxpayer SUPPORTS NPR (radio) and PBS (TV) that do nothing but push puked up liberal pablum talking points, all the while, KNOWING that the crap they push, whether listened to or not, whether they have advertisers or not, still brings in the bucks, courtesy of you and me! As usual, when LIBERALS are spending OUR money, we get NOTHING in return.Conservative talk radio host, The Godfather El Rushbo, Sean Hannity, and Michael Savage are ALL the top THREE in America and have MILLIONS of listeners in FIFTY states (not 57 Obongo) and are heard on over 400 syndicated radio stations! Those stations EXIST because people LISTEN, thus advertisers PAY for commercial, ala GOOD OLD FASHIONED AMERICAN CAPITALISM! Unlike Err Armerika that has TANKED two or three times even AFTER purloining 800K from a children's charity to pay their bills! In FACT, Savage STARTED out with the message that: "America must preserve its borders, language, and culture" at all costs and it should ALSO BE NOTED that Savage was a success in the CAPITAL of the Left Coast, San Francisco, before he was syndicated!

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin To Meet With McCain VP Search Team

A tipster sent us word that John McCain's VP advance man Arthur Culvahouse has been spotted in Juneau, Alaska. There's only one reason he would be there - to meet with Alaska Governor Sarah Palin about the Vice President position.
This comes on the heels of McCain's Memorial Day weekend barbecue attended by Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback, South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, former White House budget director Rob Portman, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman. Supposedly that was in informal affair, not a vetting session, but it appears that the VP selection game is very much afoot.
Governor Palin would (in my estimation) make an excellent VP candidate for McCain. Thomas Cheplick at The American Spectator makes the case that she's probably the only VP candidate who can balance the ticket against Obama. She's also a potential magnet for disaffected Hillary Clinton voters, many of whom are just looking for a reason not to vote for Obama.

The Experience question
Obama selected a VP that has foreign policy experience and he is running for the number 1 spot so his VP has more experiece than him. John McCain has more experience in the polictical arena and foreign affairs than most of the senators put together. So, here we have a fantastic Sarah Palin,everything conservatives could ask for but she lacks foreign policy experience but excells and has more experience and credentials to prove it than Obama. So, what if..she is a heartbeat away from the top job?
She does the same thing,the exact same thing Obama did, select a VP that IS experienced in foreign policy, how complicated is that? Obama did it so she can too. DONE DEAL.

A Very important election
Be informed, do not take this lightly, research the candidates with an open mind and heart, get educated as to the complete differences of the two candidates : John McCain, the Republican nominee and Barack Hussein Obama, the Democrat nominee.
Words could never express how intensely important each and every vote will be.
The outcome of this election can change the face of America as we know it forever.

We are living in very dangerous times under the unrelenting dark cloud of Islamic terrorism.

Many will say President Bush is a bad president, I disagree with that statement, allow me to explain :

Was it wrong for our President to send our military to lands faraway where Islamic terrorism is born, raised and thrives on the evil and barbaric religion of Islam ?
Was it wrong to rid the Iraqi people and the world from the evil dictatorship of Saddam Hussein ?
Was it wrong for our President to do everything and anything he possibly could to prevent another vicious murderous attack on American soil ?
President Bush has been a fierce, strong and committed leader in the face of terror. He cared and loved America with a passion from within, far greater than his own self.
Risking his legacy and reputation and the meaningless poll numbers that display how unliked he is,he took the Oath of Office and placed our country first instead of self. He loves America and his job was not to win gold stars or walk across the stage and have adoring fans worship him. This is a Presidential election not Star search, we are electing a person who understands the Constitution and the dangerous times we live in, we are not electing somebody thinks his main job is to be adored and liked by every country in the world. This is an AMERICAN election, the world gets no vote. They have no say, the American people are the ones making the choice by their vote.
The Democrat Party is weak on National defence, history proves that . They prefer to ignore the problem of terror threats, pretending it is not a part of our reality. Wishing it away does not keep us safe. Bill Clinton was in the White House during the years when the terrorist were planning their vicious attack, had our National Security been on his table,9-11-01 could very well have been prevented. Maybe an attack against our country and revenge is not important to you personally but many American's are concerned and refuse to cowar to these terrorist and do want a swift and violent revenge.
The Republican party believes in a strong military to defend our country and American interest elsewhere. If we are attacked, we will follow the evil doers to the ends of the earth and make them pay for every American life that was taken and we will make it quite clear 'Don't mess with the US' .

The Democrats will never defend our country, they will accept defeat by waving the white flag . If America is attacked just once under their rule, WE ARE SCREWED.
The NON RESPONSE will put out the welcome mat, even roll out the red carpet for the Jihadists to be a 24/7 nightmare on our soil , Is this the response you prefer America to give ?
